The location was perfect for our family, allowing us to easily explore Florence with our two little kids. We loved visiting the Uffizi and relaxing at the nearby Boboli Gardens, which offered a spacious area for our kids to play.
In my kids' opinion, having more towels would have been helpful.

Clean room provided a comfortable stay, and the location near major attractions was perfect for exploring without much travel. The helpful and courteous staff made check-in easy, enhancing the experience. However, the noise from the surrounding area was noticeable during busy hours, and the breakfast options were limited to a pay-as-you-go machine.

The location is unbeatable, just steps away from iconic attractions. The coffee machine in the room was a great perk for a quick morning boost, and the cleanliness was commendable. However, the noise from the bustling streets could be disruptive at times, and the limited breakfast options left something to be desired. An upgrade on arrival was appreciated, but overall, the experience had its ups and downs.

great location but some noise
The location is fantastic, just steps from iconic attractions. The room offered a generous space and was cleaned thoroughly each day. The view of the Ponte Vecchio at night was particularly enchanting, providing a memorable backdrop for our stay. I particularly enjoyed the city view from the large windows, which added a vibrant atmosphere to the experience.
However, the area can be quite noisy during the day due to the crowds.
